Creating and maintaining agreement sets for Service management

Introduction

This page allows you to create and maintain agreement sets. Agreement sets are sets of agreements that can be customized and linked to contracts and contract templates.

Roles and rights

To create, edit, and delete agreement sets, function right 883 – Maintain service agreement sets is required. Users with the Service manager role has this function right.

What version are you using?

The information in this document is applicable to product update 255 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.

How do I create agreement sets?

  1. On the Service: Agreement sets page, define the division at Division under the Criteria section.
  2. Click New.
  3. Define the fields.
  4. Click Save.

Keep in mind: All fields with the “! icon are mandatory.

How do I edit agreement sets?

  1. On the Service: Agreement sets page, define the division at Division under the Criteria section.
  2. Click Refresh.
  3. Select the required agreement set under the Code column.
  4. Make the necessary change(s).
  5. Click Save.

How do I delete agreement sets?

  1. On the Service: Agreement sets page, define the division at Division under the Criteria section.
  2. Click Refresh.
  3. Select the required agreement set to be deleted under the Code column.
  4. Click Delete. A message “Are you sure that you want to delete this record?” will be displayed.
  5. Click OK.

How do I add agreements to agreement sets?

  1. On the Service: Agreement sets page, define the division at Division under the Criteria section.
  2. Click Refresh.
  3. Select the required agreement set under the Code column.
  4. Click Add under the Agreements section.
  5. Define the fields. For more information, see Creating and maintaining agreements for Service management.
  6. Click Save.

How do I view agreements linked to agreement sets?

  1. On the Service: Agreement sets page, define the division at Division under the Criteria section.
  2. Click Refresh.
  3. Select the required agreement set under the Code column.
  4. Select the required agreement under the Line order column under the Agreements section. For more information, see Creating and maintaining agreements for Service management.
